Bee Take a Taxi (TAT) Honesty, diligence, and the interests of our affiliated drivers are paramount.

We do not simply impose a measure based on a complaint or a Report of Findings. Every driver is given the opportunity to make his or her point of view known.

Whether it concerns an incident involving a cyclist, a customer complaint, or a Board of Directors meeting: the principle of hearing both sides is central to our approach. In the case of a Board of Directors meeting, too, we carefully verify whether the report has been prepared correctly and completely. We assess the available information and the facts before determining whether a measure is necessary.

At the same time, we also protect the interests of the consumer. We may take action in cases of proven refusal of a ride, charging an incorrect or excessive fare, discrimination, or an improper attitude towards a regulator.

TAT stands for fair treatment, clear rules, and a careful balancing of interests. We stand by our drivers when justified and take responsibility when necessary.
