An unjustified fine, Board of Directors, or complaint

It can happen to any TAT driver: a fine, a Report of Findings, or a complaint that you believe is unfounded.

As soon as we receive such a report, we will inform you. You will then have the opportunity to present your views and explain the situation.

We assess the available information, verify the facts where necessary, and include your perspective in the assessment. In this way, we ensure that both you and TAT have as complete a picture of the situation as possible before any potential measure is taken.

The principle of hearing both sides is an important guiding principle of TAT in this regard.
